Scott Gately of BMW of West Chester, PA is the absolute BEST! I have driven BMW's since I turned 16 in 1986. I have had numerous client sales advisors. Scott is, by far, my favorite. His professionalism, knowledge of the product and personality are all top-notch. He made the whole buying process seamless from first contact to delivery. Scott threw me multiple "bones" along the way without my even having to ask or imply. This made me feel like I got an even better deal than I did. . Scott was even skilled at dealing with those moments of anxiety that go along with making a larger purchase. He put me right at ease with factual responses. Had a persistent problem that wasn't fixed or diagnosed on my first visit. Joe was very diligent in finding an issue and presenting an option for remedy.
