Overall good dealer experience. But, charging a cc fee is a serious problem and needs to be reconsidered. Cars delivered after a major service should be washed and interior cleaned But, charging a cc fee is a serious problem and needs to be reconsidered. Find ways to deliver a ' value added' experience so that customers are inclined to only service the vehicle at the dealer rather than a 3rd party service shop. More
