Dealer aided me when Toyota of America failed to take care of me. Saying the problem wasn’t covered because I was out of warranty. The issue started when my vehicle was in warranty, but never was full care of me. Saying the problem wasn’t covered because I was out of warranty. The issue started when my vehicle was in warranty, but never was full blown until now and I (the customer) had to pay for a manufacturer problem that was found before I even purchased the vehicle! Now the dealer had to also eat the portion that Toyota of America would not pay for! More

Everything has changed with New service advisors not being very educated about the cars they are servicing. Like saying when checking on car that the work hasn't started, then 2 minutes later you get a being very educated about the cars they are servicing. Like saying when checking on car that the work hasn't started, then 2 minutes later you get a call saying to come get your car its complete. A master cylinder is not that rapid. More

Poor staff and client experience. My car radio got damaged by them when I went there to do oil change. The dealership was telling they couldn’t fix the problem and that I should call My car radio got damaged by them when I went there to do oil change. The dealership was telling they couldn’t fix the problem and that I should call Toyota and let them know what is going on. I called Toyota myself and explained to them. Toyota told me they’ll contact the dealership and get back to me within 24 hours. I’m yet to hear back from them. Even with rental car the dealership was not willing to pay for it till my car is fixed. They were telling me I have to make a deposit of $35 which I had to seriously decline to do that, before they decided to pay for the rental. They only paid for 2 days and I’m hoping my car will be fixed by the end of the 2 days period. I’m not taking my vehicle there anymore for servicing and won’t recommend anyone to go there to service their vehicle. A friend of mine also said she had some issues with them in the past. More

Trusted maintenance and service department. I’ve owned my 4runner for 23 years now and have been to various dealerships, service centers, and maintenance shops some were good others not so muc I’ve owned my 4runner for 23 years now and have been to various dealerships, service centers, and maintenance shops some were good others not so much. The maintenance and service here has been fantastic hence the reason I keep returning for over 10 years for work that is more than I want to do as a DIY kind of guy. They do the work right the first time and don’t cut corners. They are diligent about looking for other areas of the vehicle and helping me understand preventative maintenance vs reach maintenance (breakdowns that will cost more). More
