the communication was never returned even after leaving messages, attempted to have me pick up my vehicle to take to another dealership for service even when car was not safe to drive. I was informed that the charcoal gap filter was the issue and i would have to pay $1600, after examination by an authorized dealer this was not the issue. dealership where car was taken attempted to contact this person for 2 weeks without response even after leaving messages they have not been reached out to as of today car has been in their shop for 3 weeks. The car a bought in January has not operated correctly since 2 weeks after a bought it. The Lincoln Aviator is currently at Ricard Ford and has been there Since February 14, the expected cost of repairs are above $17,000 they can not get anyone from your dealership to call them either. also prior to going there i was told by your service department there was another issue which was not true as they never did any testing on the Vehicle while it was there you don't have the computers i found out later after he ttry to have me pay $1600 for what he said was not covered in my platinum extended warranty. I am a disabled Combat Veteran and i live by the codes of Respect, Honesty, and Integrity maybe you employees should practice that. More

Trash. This guy was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. He said “I wish we didn’t take this job” referring to the repair i had requested. I brought my car in for warning lights(which were fIxed) BUT $2000 later, my forward facing camera was pointed to the sky this wasnt an issue when i dropped off the car, but i was instructed to accept this when i left… I regret buying my car from this establishment and wont be using their service department ever again More
