Michael was awesome! My husband and I came in to test drive a Mercedes. I currently have a lease with Genesis that I loved, but I had never driven a Mercedes before and my husband wanted me to just try one because he knew how great they were. After going on a test drive with Michael I was hooked! Michael and David in finance made the leasing process so easy and we’re so great to work with. I then met with Martin who went over all the entire car from top to bottom. After I got home, there was a minor hiccup getting my profile set up so I reached out to Michael and he was extremely helpful getting it all sorted out! Everyone we worked with was exceptional including Ms Mary, who was so welcoming whenever we came in to the store.

I was looking to buy a second vehicle for my family and had quotes from several dealers...specially ealers of other brands of vehicles that have the letter H in them... it was a terrible experience, They tried to put some ridiculously crappy package on every trim and sell it at a ridiculous price. But I found this dealer through a coworker, and she provided me with accurate and timely information about the vehicle I wanted. There was absolutely nothing unnecessary. There were no lengthy negotiations, only reasonable offers. I purchased my car through Grace without hesitation, and I'm truly satisfied. This is my second Honda purchase, and I'm beyond satisfied. This is my first time leaving a review like this... It was a really great deal. Thank you Grace!!!!

From start to finish my experience with Jim Ellis Audi of Atlanta was exceptional. They focused on being transparent about the total pricing. Once I decided on the car the total time with financing was about 2 1/2 hours which to me is very reasonable because that also included a test drive. I highly recommend Gus as a sales person. While waiting I was able to eat lunch at the Quattro Cafe, full menu, nice staff, and excellent food. The dealership is about a 3 hour drive for me and I will never go anywhere else if I can help it.
