For the third time the tires pressure haven't been checked and I have to return to get them to the correct pressure. I keep wondering how reliable are the other maintenance performed on the car. I had been looking for some time when I was contacted by Rebecca, Stephanie had contacted me previously by email but I had begun negotiations with another dealer. Matt said Becca told him a little of my story he asked if I could tell him, I did. He was sympathetic and said our dealership doesnt work like that. He worked me up a fair offer and presented it to me, no pressure let me make my mind up and was there when I decided it was the offer for me. The customer service I received from Matt,Becca,And Stephanie who actually finished the deal, was reminiscent of times gone by when customers buisness had to be earned. It was a pleasure doing buisness with subaru of kennisaw. I would not hesitate to send friends or family to Stephanie, Becca,or Matt to buy a car. GREAT customer service from the 2-front staff at the service counter checking me in to Ed who gave us a ride home while car was being worked on. Checkout was an easy process and good service as well. My only CON: I would say if one pays over $1,200+ for 4 new tires - a courtesy wipe down of oil/grease on the wheels would be appreciated. We wiped them when we got home. As a first time customer to Subaru, I did not know what to expect when looking into a Forester Hybrid, or how the Subaru experience would.be. I saw a spec online I really liked so I came in on my lunch bre to expect when looking into a Forester Hybrid, or how the Subaru experience would.be. I saw a spec online I really liked so I came in on my lunch break to check it out. That's when I had the pleasure to meet the salesman Nate. Nate was able to get me into a test drive of my specified model within 30 minutes. I let Nate know I would be trading in a ram rebel if the price was right. I came back later on that same day. They gave Mr a fair trade in for my truck and closed the deal. They had no dealer ad on, which I really appricate and felt the MSRP was fair. All around a great experience. 5 stars. More
