If I could give them 0 starts, I would. Darwin (the service rep) and Matt (one of the managers) were extremely rude to my husband and I. In addition, they claim to never have any loaner cars. I believe that this place is racist. They did not even tell me that my car had been delivered by the tow truck driver. I had to follow up 3 days later. More
