Very disappointed with the way a family member was treated. Mechanical malfunction leaving her stranded 7 hours away from home. She was told there is not a fix until possibly later in the year but she treated. Mechanical malfunction leaving her stranded 7 hours away from home. She was told there is not a fix until possibly later in the year but she could "come pick it up". They would not even provide a loaner vehicle until the problem could be corrected. Pretty much said "your problem, not ours". This was a car purchased new in May 2026. More

I purchased my Audi from Jim Ellis Audi, and I have to give credit where it's due—the sales team was excellent. The buying experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department has been the complete opposite. I have been trying to get information about my warranty for four straight days and have been unable to get a response from anyone. My vehicle is approaching its four-year warranty expiration, so this is not a minor issue. Another disappointment is the loaner vehicle situation. During the sales process, loaner cars were presented as a benefit of owning the vehicle and servicing it there. In reality, loaners are nearly impossible to get. If they have any available at all, it seems like there may only be one, and I've never been able to secure one when needed. The contrast between the excellent sales experience and the poor service experience is frustrating. Audi owners expect a premium ownership experience, and the service department has fallen well short of that expectation. More
