I purchased my Audi from Jim Ellis Audi, and I have to give credit where it's due—the sales team was excellent. The buying experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department has been the complete opposite. I have been trying to get information about my warranty for four straight days and have been unable to get a response from anyone. My vehicle is approaching its four-year warranty expiration, so this is not a minor issue. Another disappointment is the loaner vehicle situation. During the sales process, loaner cars were presented as a benefit of owning the vehicle and servicing it there. In reality, loaners are nearly impossible to get. If they have any available at all, it seems like there may only be one, and I've never been able to secure one when needed. The contrast between the excellent sales experience and the poor service experience is frustrating. Audi owners expect a premium ownership experience, and the service department has fallen well short of that expectation. More

The service department employees are lovely, but their service department manager and the general manager, Michael Gerbick, have zero interest in customer service. They set ridiculous policies designed to make it extremely difficult to get a courtesy vehicle, then force the service desk people to deal with angry customers. Terrible leadership, and terrible customer service from the management level. More
