I had a great experience overall. To be honest, during the initial remote negotiations I wasn’t sure I was going to end up purchasing a vehicle. Some of the communication early on left me uncertain about the process. However, once I came in person, my experience completely changed for the better.
The team was personable, professional, and easy to work with. They took the time to answer questions, address concerns, and made the buying process feel much more comfortable and transparent. What could have been a missed opportunity turned into a very positive experience, and I’m glad I made the trip in.
If you’re negotiating remotely, I’d encourage you to give them a chance in person. The customer service and relationship-building really stood out once I was at the dealership.
