He was unresponsive throughout the process and did not follow up regarding a repair he said he would discuss with the technician before my visit. After purchasing the vehicle, I left multiple voicemails and text messages to follow up, but I never received a response from him. Even when the dealership confirmed he was available, he did not return my calls. I really enjoy my car, but the lack of communication and customer service after and during the sale left me with buyer's remorse. More

Jamall contacted me after he saw I had previewed a car online. I responded to his voice mail, he told me what time he would be at the dealership, I got there a few minutes after he left.
