The customer service from all the staff was great, the price was great, and the financing process was exceptional. We live out of the area 3hrs away and they even delivered the van to us . I went to Madison Ford to look around and was greeted by Hunter Turner, a sales associate, who helped me with MY needs and took me through the process seamlessly. He LISTENED! Everything was taken care of quickly with some modifications that I wanted and he advocated for me with the dealership. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this young man as a go to sales person at Madison Ford. I showed up to do the administrative paperwork and we were able to get it finished in 30 minutes...amazing....The vehicle was detailed, full of fuel and ready to go..... This is the place to buy a vehicle!

After my rather harsh but honest review last week concerning a safety inspection concern and ultimately getting a replacement part under warranty which I learned was offered by Martin, I wanted to leave a second one. Long story short, the replacement part led to another issue in which I could not lock my doors manually. After some miscommunication during a phone call, the issue was fixed which I truly appreciate. Thank you to Martin and the Service Manager for ultimately taking care of my vehicle.

Have only had one interaction with the service dept., & was really delighted that Corey was able to solve an ongoing problem I had since I bought the car in April. Several of the sales people tried to help me originally; but, the problem required someone with real technical knowledge. It took several attempts to rectify the issue; but, it was finally resolved!! Now, I can use the car features which I couldn’t access before. The other service people were very kind & attempted to help as well. Hopefully, all my future dealings with service issues will be handled just as carefully & as pleasantly as this one was. I really appreciated all the effort that everyone put int to resolve the problem I was having. Thanks for the great help!!!!
