Have only had one interaction with the service dept., & was really delighted that Corey was able to solve an ongoing problem I had since I bought the car in April. Several of the sales people tried to help me originally; but, the problem required someone with real technical knowledge.
It took several attempts to rectify the issue; but, it was finally resolved!! Now, I can use the car features which I couldn’t access before.
The other service people were very kind & attempted to help as well.
Hopefully, all my future dealings with service issues will be handled just as carefully & as pleasantly as this one was.
I really appreciated all the effort that everyone put int to resolve the problem I was having.
