I have been to a lot of dealers in VA and MD. Ray is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. He was not pushy but followed up in a manner that kept me engaged. I have never been more informed on a car or felt better during the "tire kicking" phase than with Ray. I came in about an hour before close and was able to have all my questions answered and was able to do a test drive. I personally will not work with anyone else unless he retires. Also, everyone at the dealer was helpful and happy. Most dealerships everyone looks depressed and that they don't want to be there. Not this one. They also had a great selection and Ray made sure to set my expectation on pricing and put me in the car that worked for me. Other dealers have you test drive their most expensive options.
