I walked in with very specific desires on an Escape, and Kristi found me the perfect car with all the specifics, bells and whistles I was looking for. Not only did she find me the perfect car with the perfect price, but she cares. She talked with me for such a long time to get to know me as a person and what I’d be interested in. Kristi really cares about her customers. The car is perfect. I got an amazing rate and I’m thrilled with it. Update: I have now owned the car for six months, and I took a neighbor to see Kristi. She found them a new car too. So I know she wasn’t just being nice to me, she is a genuinely nice person who cares. If I need a new car again, I’ll be back. While used, the vehicle I purchased looks and drives like it's brand new.
