He worked hard to get the price down so it fit within my budget and even included brand new tires on the vehicle, which I really appreciated. The staff overall was very friendly and welcoming. The manager took the time to come over, introduce himself, and personally thank me for my business, which meant a lot. You don’t always get that kind of customer service. I’m very pleased with my purchase and the overall experience, and I will definitely be returning for future business with Dean and this company. Highly recommend! More

Dealership did absolutely nothing to make me happy with my purchase. Tires were completely down to the tread knob and were originally not willing to add new tires. Windshield wipers were terrible and truck my purchase. Tires were completely down to the tread knob and were originally not willing to add new tires. Made myself clear I wasn't happy and they had the truck an additional 4 days and still returned it the same way. They do not care about the customer only making money. Would not recommend. Did not receive the tires I had requested. Received cheaper tire. More

Working with sales rep was just fine. Dealing with management was my issue. Tires on vehicle were extremely low on tread and would need replaced by end of yr. They were not willing at beginning to put new tires on. Eventually agreed to pick vehicle up from me and add new tires. Waiting on that still. Also very stingy with filling up tank...only gave half tank. If you want to make the customer happy after spending over $40,000 you fill up the tank and not nickel and dime on tires. More
