Very poor service got oil change and they forgot to put oil cap back on. They wanted me to drive back to dealership.I was told I had anti freeze leak. I purchased my vehicle at the used car lot from Ruth and I definitely recommend you going to her if your looking for a gently used car. Mine is a used pre- certified. The service dept. Takes awhile to get things done but I do feel confident they are done right. The gentleman who took care of me his name is Pete. He is nice but very " disorganized " . His desk is a mess . My keys were lost for over 20 mins . This after I paid and already waited 5 hours for my car. My appt was at 10:30 and they didn't get done until 3:30. Rear breaks and an oil change. I was not happy. My anxiety was up thinking my keys were gone. Eventually they were found . All was good More
