So, perhaps the worst thing that a new car buyer fears happened to me.
In October 2024 I bought a brand new 2024 Wrangler Sport. Within a month it was in the shop four (4) times for the same issue. I was obviously discouraged, frustrated, etc. On the fourth attempt I was prepared to litigate the Lemon Law in Maryland.
George Ayoub - Service General Manager - Him and his department did everything they could to fix the vehicle. George did everything he said he would/could do to make the situation right. Honest fellow.
Tykai Martin - Sales Manager - Awesome. Does what he says he was going to do. Clear communication and and follow through with this ENTIRE experience.
Anthony Zgorski - Sales Department - Got me in and out with the process. Hard worker. Good communicator.
Gregg Smith - Finance Department - So, I have been through this process twice now with Gregg. He is excellent. He listens to you when you speak. He did not try to up-sale me on anything. I REALLY appreciate that.
Michael Yoon - General Manager - I have to be honest, when I went in to his office I was not happy. Michael listened to me and smiled then said what he was going to do. At first, I did not believe him and was reluctant. But in the end, he did EXACTLY what he said he was going to do. I mean everything. I still can't believe it.
Overall, I have to say that every person I have mentioned above are excellent at their respective jobs. They say success rises and falls on leadership; if true that falls on Michael. He is true to his word. I really appreciate all that him and his staff did for me as a customer. I will be servicing my Jeep at Heritage. When I buy another vehicle I will be going to Heritage.
