Jim is not just a great salesman but a really nice guy. When I come in for service I peek into the showroom to see if Jim is with a client and if not, he is always welling to stop for a quick chat. Euro Motors has been a wonderful car buying experience over the years and we are grateful for their impeccable service.

She showed us the different types of cars that would best suit our needs and budget. she patiently gave us the experience to drive 3 cars and clearly explained the difference between them and their packages that came with it. And finally after long hours of deciding, we choose the SE Tiguan 2024. She went over beyond because she even had the time to teach us how to use the dashboard accessories and button features. I told James that I be hearing a popping noise in the speaker of my suv he told me it takes like 3 hours to fix but, he would get me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to wait.. I really appreciate that. Anytime I have a concern he will definitely put my mind at ease.I live in Baltimore city and I’m sure it’s a Acura Dealership closer to me. But when you have a great service advisor like James you would travel knowing your vehicle is in good hands.
