Great customer service and friendly. Answered all my questions when asked, sales guy took time to show me every spec of the new car and helped me set up my phone. The finance guy was good as well, my hubby was on speaker because he couldn’t come and grilled him and he answered all his questions as well. Also the sales guy gave me snacks because I was there all day. Also they scheduled a pick up for my old car. It was broken into and I couldn’t drive it. They still gave me something for my old car. So thank you guys very much for all your help. I love my new Trax! More

Buyer beware! Bought the vehicle got home and had no coolant in the reservoir. Discovered this truck was leaking coolant. It was a slow leak so for the reservoir to be empty the dealership never checked the fluids for over a week. All of the fluids should have been checked/verified prior to selling the vehicle. Extremely disappointed that after buying a new truck it had to sit in the service department for a week to fix the issue. Would not recommend this dealership since they do not check their vehicles properly before selling them. More

Dealership sold me a brand new 2025 silverado-2500 back in July of 2025 and already has had/has rust and corrosion issues on multiple occasions.
