Contacted Heritage Subaru and was looking for information regarding the Added Security warranty plan. Paul was quick to help and got me all the information I needed. He didn't even attempt to sell me on another warranty which was super awesome... Definitely easier than dealing with most other dealerships that's for sure. Just be careful because these dealerships will try and severely overcharge you for products so shop around. I did and ultimately didn't end up here, but asking for the info was easy.

My experience from start to finish was beyond amazing!!..Chloe within 5 minutes of me choosing my vehicle online had sent me a video of herself in real time walking around the vehicle and showing me all the features. She sent me a break down and final price and it was EXACTLY what she quoted me when I got to the dealer. .no hidden fees at all..she was HONEST from the start!!!...I love my new HRV..it's perfect and I feel like I've even made a friend in Chloe..I will definatly be bringing my car back to her and Heritage for service!!

Stacy is a very personable person and Criswell is lucky to have her. Moreover, she definitely knows how to do her job and she is very good at it. I never felt like I wasn't getting what I needed or waiting unnecessarily. I really enjoyed my experience at Oursiman Honda of Frederick. Bill Workman is the most enjoyable car salesman to work with that I have ever encountered. The dealership overall was full of knowledgeable and helpful people. The environment was clean, friendly, and low-pressure (possibly because the pricing is fixed price, which I didn't realize ahead of time.) I was sad to go with another vehicle at another location simply because I enjoyed my experience at Ourisman much more.
