Before I drove off the lot, he made sure everything in my vehicle was properly set up and working, including going over the features and ensuring I knew how to use them. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales manager at BMW Catonsville while purchasing a vehicle was disappointing. Buying a car is a significant financial decision, and I expected to feel heard and respected, but instead I felt rushed and dismissed. Good customer service requires patience, communication, and a willingness to understand a customer’s needs. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, which made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. While the dealership offers quality vehicles, I hope this feedback encourages management to focus on improving customer interactions and ensuring every buyer feels valued and respected. More

This gentleman is an incredible friend and brilliant and invaluable "asset". Catonsville BMW is not located in my area (and driving there is distinctly inconvenient!) however, however, sales and especially invaluable "asset". (Every single staff member always pleasant and with a smile! Keon is a star! He always offers great advice (and often can fix things right on the phone!)...which we value! Always pleasant! My wife loves her 2014 X5 Diesel and wouldn't think of trading it...great for taking care of our 5 grandkids! My 2023 X7 is my second one...all purchased and serviced at BMW of Catonsville! More
