From the start, Ron clearly knew his stuff — he understood the car inside and out and made what can sometimes be a stressful process genuinely easy and enjoyable. My M2 came in a very unique color, and Ron's attention to detail really stood out. He knew right away not to let the standard car wash crew touch it, which told me he actually understands these cars and how to care for a special finish. That kind of knowledge isn't something you find everywhere. Ron was straightforward, professional, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He answered every question and clearly takes pride in what he does. If you're shopping for a BMW, ask for Ron — you'll be in good hands. More
