First, the online price was nowhere close to the actual price I ended up paying (yes, I bought the car, it had been hard to find the one I was looking for - shame on me). Then the pricing was laid out by a sales manager, but some of the rebates were then not included in finance. When reviewing my paperwork, I found the discrepancy - but I had already signed so when I called the next day they were dismissive, expected to "trust" that I got them (but the math just didn't math). The salesperson followed up maybe a week later, then again another week or so later - certainly a nice touch. He was going to check on the status of my tags, but I never heard back. So, I emailed with two questions and once again no reply. All in all, very disheartening experience. More
