Good dealer service dept. Got my car in and out same day. Only issue as one of the items I was told was fixed started acting up the day after I got it back. next time I take it in will be the third time requesting a repair. Hopefully they understand this time and not charge me again for a follow up call.

I almost bought a Lincoln from another dealer in Normal, but was treated so poorly that I cancelled the transaction. I am so glad I did! Do not use this dealership, as they will damage your vehicle while assessing it. Took in my 2023 dodge challenger to see about trading it in, while assessing Drew at Pilson Ford drove my vehicle, and parked the vehicle on a parking block, damaging the front bumper, by ripping the front lip off the bumper, and ripping the underguards off the underside of the vehicle. Dealership refuses to help on trade offered 17k for trade when it was booking for 23k. I’m sure because they knew they damaged the vehicle. The “owner” has commented that they wanted an estimate from a body shop, I was denied that by Drew, and told IF I wanted it fixed, I had to take my vehicle back to them. I refused, why would I trust a dealership that’s damaged my vehicle already?

In particular, Syeed Alfakhori (hopefully I spelled his name correctly) always goes above and beyond to ensure my car is in the best condition. He explains the necessary repairs in detail. The work is completed in a timely manner, efficiently, and the quality is outstanding. Syeed is very accommodating, and his excellent customer service makes this my go-to service location.
