We went just looking at upgrading and ended up finding something we loved. When going over warranties we loved Pam and appreciated her not trying to sell us packages we couldn't afford and trying to keep something we loved. When going over warranties we loved Pam and appreciated her not trying to sell us packages we couldn't afford and trying to keep us around our budget. We took the car in a few days later to be detailed and were very disappointed with the results. Update: the detailing was a misunderstanding and Callie got everything taken care of for us. They were very accommodating and we appreciate the extra effort to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We are thrilled with the end result and have a great car for our growing family! More

Callie was very patient as we were looking at a couple of verhicles and kept on changing out minds. When we did settle on a vehicle got our Sirius switched-got phones hooked up-got the Ford Pass on both pho verhicles and kept on changing out minds. Had to go back next day for brief review and was very kind to show me again how to do the navigation from phone. More
