I purchased a 2021 Ford F-150 from Napleton Lincoln of Glenview (Illinois). The very next day after the purchase, I discovered multiple issues: the outlets were not working, the windows would not go down, Glenview (Illinois). The very next day after the purchase, I discovered multiple issues: the outlets were not working, the windows would not go down, and there were transmission problems. On December 3, 2025, while driving, the vehicle started smoking and caught fire. I immediately returned it to the dealership. I was told that the repair would be covered under warranty. The vehicle has now been at the dealership for over 5 months. During the first three months, they confirmed that everything would be fully covered. The dealer also informed my insurance company not to pay me, stating that the vehicle had a warranty - as a result, I only received $1000 + $1000 deductible. After a change in management, the situation changed completely. The new manager stated that he does not care about any prior agreements made with the previous management. They refused to honor the warranty and billed me for work that, according to the previous manager, was supposed to be covered by the dealership (I have email proof). Additionally, they wanted $4,700 for repairs that they themselves previously told my insurance not to cover due to the warranty. After 5 months of waiting, I decided to pick up my vehicle and move it to another repair shop using the insurance funds ($1000 + $1000). However, the dealership is refusing to return my vehicle unless I pay $3,050 for job that was already completed by previous manager. It is important to note that I never signed any documents authorizing paid repairs. From day one, I clearly stated that I would not pay for these repairs, and the dealership agreed to proceed under warranty. I have all confirmations in email communication. Moreover, I have been told that I am not allowed to enter the dealership, and my vehicle has been moved to an unknown location. I have full documentation: email correspondence, video evidence, and insurance records. My insurance company can also confirm these facts. More

Take it back same day, manager says they will replace the windscreen… Heard nothing for three weeks… Call back today, and they say they’re not replacing the windscreen and the manager is out on a leave… Avoid this shady dealership. This was all fifth car bought at a Napleton dealership but it will be our last car we ever buy from a Napleton dealership. Just terrible service, and most importantly, no integrity or accountability… Lies, lies, lies. More

I don't even know where to begin but here we go, I initially came from a ford expedition, absolutely loved the vehicle and was committed to getting another one but needing a max/bigger size. My husband showed me the Lincoln Navigator at Napleton Lincoln in Glenview & I thought yes that looks nice but it was 2 states away and a 9+ hour drive/we live in a very small town and Lincoln Navigators aren't a common sight so we agreed to wait and see one in person. We traveled 4 hours to view one, I fell in love thought it was the one, it had the green coloring I absolutely wanted but also a bench seat. I was absolutely sold on it however it was priced very high & we were left with a run around/no answers to why it was priced so out of the ballpark of what it was worth. We pulled our deposit & backed out on it as something didn't feel right. In the mean time my hubby had continued to correspond with Gerry over a few weeks just knowing deep down that Navigator was the one. The condition was immaculate for being a gently used Nav & they even had it displayed on their showroom floor in the photos! Over the few weeks of patiently waiting for this Mama to make up her mind on what vehicle would suit our family the best & most importantly keep our kids safe Gerry answered so many emails, texts, calls, took more photos than anyone car shopping could dream of ensuring the 9+ hour drive was well worth it. We made the long journey to our amazing sales rep Gerry this weekend & knew within minutes the beautiful Manhattan Green Navigator Black label L had to be ours! He so graciously took us on a test drive and allowed us to get a great feel for the vehicle with the utmost patience as our 2 year old was over being in the car and crying. (So sorry about that Gerry) The team at this location were all SO friendly, made us feel so comfortable and watched our little guy do hot laps around the building for a couple hours! The process was a breeze, everyone knew their job & did it well to make the car buying experience amazing, thourough and fast! Gerry hopped in at the end and showed us all the things, the Navigator has SO many fancy features we were in awe as he went through one thing after the next! I can't say enough great things about our vehicle, the car buying experience & the great team of workers at Napleton Lincoln! Also I forgot this immaculate show room status Navigator was also priced very aggressively & "Good" it is also certified & comes with great warranties. The long drive paid off & we are so relieved & grateful! If your eyeing us a car & not sure if you want to travel for it don't be nervous, the Napleton team went above and beyond to make sure we knew what we were buying before we even started to make the trek there. Thank you Gerry & team you truly are the best dealership we have bought from & we can't wait to take our kids on many vacations in our beautiful new Navigator! More
