Do not use this dealership, as they will damage your vehicle while assessing it. Took in my 2023 dodge challenger to see about trading it in, while assessing Drew at Pilson Ford drove my vehicle, and pa vehicle while assessing it. Took in my 2023 dodge challenger to see about trading it in, while assessing Drew at Pilson Ford drove my vehicle, and parked the vehicle on a parking block, damaging the front bumper, by ripping the front lip off the bumper, and ripping the underguards off the underside of the vehicle. Dealership refuses to help on trade offered 17k for trade when it was booking for 23k. I’m sure because they knew they damaged the vehicle. The “owner” has commented that they wanted an estimate from a body shop, I was denied that by Drew, and told IF I wanted it fixed, I had to take my vehicle back to them. I refused, why would I trust a dealership that’s damaged my vehicle already? More

Bought a 2025 Dodge ram bighorn in June of 2025 from Pilson. Had starting problems with it had to wait 2 to 3 months to get the part for it having issues starting. Than truck not pulling close to the ca Pilson. Had starting problems with it had to wait 2 to 3 months to get the part for it having issues starting. Than truck not pulling close to the capacity that it was rated for. In April 2026, wanted to trade the truck in for one with a bigger engine more towing capacity. They didn’t want to give me anything for our truck and they wouldn’t come off the new truck price. I got the impression too bad so sad. No after the sale service to correct our extreme unhappiness with the new truck . I would not recommend this dealership. More
