They totally exceeded our needs by even getting my wife and I into a loaner so we could finish our scheduled tri checked out because of a tire issue! First service is done. Everything went fine except that I was told the dealership provided a dealer vehicle when my car was getting worked on. I live out of town but I work in Springfield, so I had to make arrangements for a co-worker to follow me over and drop me off when it was done. That was disappointing. More
