Our new truck buying experience with Ethan was great. The well known dealer “back and forth” between salesperson and sales manager was minimal (1-2 times depending on your definition). Ethan was a pleasure to work with and got each of us on board with the Ford App. Also, we first wondered why they did not attach my front license plate (required in IL). As it turns out, while there are pre-drilled indentions on the front bumper, most Ranger owners (maybe all trucks) prefer a non-invasive work around. Ethan offered to attach but suspected that we would not want them to do that. I found the work-around that can only be done by the owner. See the ranger6g forum. Ethan’s passion and genuine care for us as customers was evident from the beginning. The same can be said with the Sales Manager Jason. We were very happy with our experience. No stress. And the Ranger is beautiful. More
