The negotiating of a car is always painful and this was no exception. Hector and Robert worked with us to honor our carmax appraisal (after we fought for) but insisted upon some fees we opposed. In the end we came to an agreement so all was good. Frank in finance was lovely to work with. He made a time consuming process, comfortable and stress free.
