Selected a vehicle to purchase. There wasn't any scratches on the vehicle until it was brought up front of dealership. The salesman scratched a brand new vehicle! Could of costed the dealership and sale! However they were respectful and professional which saved the sell. Not sure if other buyers would okay with that though.
