Terrible service. Jose does not listen to customer. He just listens to his computer printout. The vehicle had customized work done on it by this service department Jose does not listen to customer. Jose does not respond to text or calls. Jose gave me the wrong car keys. Car was not returned to customers settings. I could barely reach the steering wheel. Seat was almost lying flat. AC was set on LO. Did not know it had a LO. Only a digital number. Took me a while to fix that. The door handle was greasy. Car was not washed. This service department is only getting worse. More

I only put yes because otherwise it wouldn’t move forward, they forgot to adjust the air pressure on my tires after they rotated them and this isn’t the first time I’ve had that issue.
