Ally was great to work with through the entire process of buying our 2024 Alfa Romeo GIULIA Veloce. When we arrived late in the day at West Palm by air she picked us up at the airport in the Alfa, and drove buying our 2024 Alfa Romeo GIULIA Veloce. She facilitated that the purchasing process went smoothly and together with her colleagues ensured that by the end of the next day the transaction was finalized. She worked directly with the service department to address concerns I had regarding the vehicle’s inspection and repairs, followed up consistently, and worked with her managers to secure a better price than the original listing. She was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the process. Kanye was also a tremendous help. As a sales associate he led the detailers to make sure the vehicle was cleaned properly and personally oversaw my request to have the expired protective door edge decals removed carefully without damaging the paint. The truck was presented clean and ready, and he took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the final condition of the vehicle before delivery. What stood out most was their willingness to listen, answer questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and treated fairly throughout the purchase process. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Ally and Kanye made it a smooth and positive experience. I would absolutely recommend working with them if you’re shopping at Arrigo West Palm Beach. More
