HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. I was quoted 3-4 days for the service repair of my vehicle which was a complete lie. Craig service manager lie DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. I was quoted 3-4 days for the service repair of my vehicle which was a complete lie. Craig service manager lied about having the part on side and service time went on to past 2 weeks with ZERO communication from Service about part status, and service delays. I was over charged and over quoted price for service on multiple occasions. Service department communication and customer relations is xxxx poor. My car sat for days with NO SERVICE PERFORMED AND ZERO COMMUNICATION. If you like clowns, this place is the circus. Craig the service manager is a complete tool bag. Dishonest and unprofessional. He lost his mind and I will help him find it. Illegally holding my vehicle keys and threatening a customer, AFTER PAYMENT, and telling them to call the police. Craig is incompetent at his job as a service manager and unprofessionalism and ego makes him think he owns Dodge. Failed to notify me of vehicle repair delays as well as job completion. Craig was extremely disrespectful to me and my wife when we came up to pick up my vehicle. Craig is a complete scammer. Shawn and Craig should be fired. Corporate will be hearing about my ENTIRE experience at Central CDJR Service and sales department. This place is a joke, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. Definitely will be following up with consumer affairs. More
