I have been a customer of Deland Kia for almost 10 years. I have had a GREAT experience with their service department and their sales team. I will purchase the next KIA I buy from them for these reasons. This dealership offers lifetime oil changes. My current KIA has over 170, 000 miles on it and is still going strong. I have not had to pay for any oil changes which has saved me money over the years. I trust their service department.

This is zero to do with the dealership and quite honestly it’s for Sheldon in particular. I’ve had to deal with the dealer over the phone this week and I didn’t enjoy it. I also saw the person who read it me when I pulled in was not friendly or personable nor in my mindset presentable. Sheldon had to come in and refocus my energy and he got me in and out, and I appreciate it.

The experience at this dealership was amazing and better than BMW and Audi. Before heading to Port Charlotte we went to Kia of Cape Coral and Ft. Myers Kia and both were not good experiences. When we arrived at Port Charlotte Kia David Reyes met us as we walked in. He was so customer service oriented and extremely knowledgeable of the Kia product line, we knew we were in good hands. David’s confidence in the Kia product is what sold us on the car. As we were making our decision we met Joey Paso who was also very customer centric and helped us to seal the deal. We love our new Kia Sportage hybrid. We were interested in the Genesis GV70, BMW x3 and Audi q5 but decided to go with the Kia Sportage hybrid because the technology and warranty was a stand out and the best value for the money. When you can afford to select any of these cars and pick Kia that says a lot for the car and the amazing people at Kia that helped you make the best decision.
