Our 2026 Kia Sorento recently experienced a dead battery. After getting a jump start from AAA, we took the vehicle to Kia of Leesburg, where we had purchased the vehicle. We were greeted in a timely manner by Service Advisor, A.J. Jimenez. We explained the problem to AJ, and he had a technician charge and test the battery. No problem was found with the electrical system or battery. AJ said if the problem occurred again, we should call him personally.

Everything went fine. The shop just takes an extremely long time to get the work done. It seems like they are always behind. No need for this work to take 9-10 hours. Oil change, and some recalls nothing major. Either way we've come to expect this from you guys, so we just plan around it and only go in when we absolutely have to.
