The service department totally misdiagnosed an HEV, actuator and transmission issue estimating the repairs to be up to $5800, with a suggestion to replace the transmission. Turns out their diagnosis seemingly did not include checking the hydraulic fluid reservoir, which was empty. Very basic, first thing any real mechanic would check. Filled at home, and the car now runs perfectly. Now to find out why the reservoir was empty … it is either a leak, or it was evacuated and not refilled. It has not shown any leakage since I refilled it, and it is still full, so, I am putting this on the dealership. Marius, the GM and owner, the service director and “Spike” a service desk guy, are sorely lacking in the communications dept, having not returned calls or answered emails … ever after numerous attempts. What a bad business practice coming from the service dept. I purchased a CPO car from the dealer. Was told that it was one price and couldn't go lower. As I am getting done with the paper work they lower the price of the car 1200.00 online. Look at the oil and it is dark, "was not changed dark", go in and the managers are straight up rude and say they changed it 900 miles ago. Told them I wanted out of the car deal then as they didn't change the oil and I can only assume did not look the car over. Manager again was rude and told me that is not going to happen. Sad when a local "Family" run dealer becomes shady! Definitely can't recommend them for sales or service. More

I purchased a used 2019 Kia Soul from Family Kia the car has had nothing but problems. The engine is now failing, but was excluded from the Class Action Settlement because the engine was 1.6 liter.
