Very poor communication. Took WAY too long. I needed to reach out multiple times for updates on status. I waited ON SITE for 7 hours for minor service- oil change, transmissi Took WAY too long. I needed to reach out multiple times for updates on status. I waited ON SITE for 7 hours for minor service- oil change, transmission fluid flush, and notes recalls. Checked in around 830am and dis not leave until 3:50. Thats unacceptable. I did not purchase my car from this dealer due to poor sales experience. Unfortunately its the closet location for service. After this past service, I am strongly considering driving elsewhere. Very disappointed that a trim piece which I noted on the my scheduling call and 2x with advisor that morning was not fixed. I realized while driving home that it was never addressed. More

What really stood out was his honesty, patience, and willingness to explore every avenue instead of just telling me “no.” He made the entire process feel comfortable and never pressured me.
