This is the only dealership I've gone to for service on - HUNTERLAUREN90

This is the only dealership I've gone to for service on my Kia because of the entire service team. Gina is an incredible service manager and Kia is lucky to have her.

City kia is complete xxx. - Mikey

City kia is complete xxx. Their service department is complete trash. The service manager doesn't know his xxx from his elbow. Literally messed up my brand new K4 when fixing a window button. They literally make you do good reviews in exchange for free gas or oil changes. “If you don't give us a perfect score then we suggest you not do a review.” They literally will give you a piece of paper with the “correct” answers for a review. AVOID AT ALL COST! Especially the service department!
