This was by far the worst auto experience I have ever had in my life. From being told I would get a loaner repeatedly by Fin. It was always a yes when this is confirmed, yes when this comes in. To the Service Manager Carlos taking authorization from someone who did not have authority to make decisions on my behalf. This came even after I verified if I would be double charged- yes I would be and I advised I would bring a new starter. Carlos was very dismissive when I questioned the authorization. When I bought the starter in again Carlos was very dismissive. He did not apologize for his error. Fin was also dismissive when he told my long term partner he “forgot” about the loaner- which is weird when I repeatedly asked for one. Fin was combative over text which I thought was very unprofessional on his end. When I reached out to both Fin and Carlos via text to pay the balance neither one responded. I was sent a link after texting Carlos about a reference number to pay my balance. Whoever fixed my car I thank you very much, I’m happy to have my vehicle back. More

I took my kid to this dealership to have a campaign service performed a four-wheel alignment and all four tires Road force balance. I was informed the car was ready to go paid the bill took the car on service performed a four-wheel alignment and all four tires Road force balance. I was informed the car was ready to go paid the bill took the car on the way home I had to take the car to Firestone to have the front end aligned correctly. I contacted the dealership with the printout from the front end alignment machine from Firestone indicating that the car was still out of alignment and asked simply for a refund for the alignment that they did. It has been two days now and no one from the dealership has returned my calls or requests. Being in the parts and service industry for 25 years for general motors I can assure you one thing this is highly unacceptable I do not recommend taking your car to this dealership More

After sales service has been disappointing, service manager Gina isn’t responsive to phone calls,,always in meetings! Our EV9 was evaluated for an issue which we provided video proof of the reoccurring problem, of the info screen going, which they couldn’t recreate in their shop and had to elevate it with a case number to Kia and conducted various testing, which didn’t pay out for the three weeks our car was in the shop. Knowing our car was gonna be in the shop for a long period of time we had to ask for a loaner and it seemed like that was an inconvenience in the process, but we were granted a loaner through Hertz till our car returned. Through Greenway, Kia, East and Kia Corp. The issue wasn’t resolved. Lastly, I will say that our service advisor. Finn did a exceptional job doing his part to keep us as informed as he could however, a lot of the communications had to be from the service manager, Gina, and from Kia Corp., which weren’t as informative..
