We have done all our services and recently bought a new car there and couldn’t be happier. Our sales man was Douglas and manager was Rami, they were awesome. Our service advisor is Anthony and he is truly wonderful as well. It’s so nice to work with a dealership you love and trust.

Was informed of the cost of the repairs before worked commenced and my service advisor reached out to my extended warranty company to see what might be covered. Was offered complimentary shuttle service from the dealership and back when the service was completed.

My service advisor set my expectations out of the gate as to the timeline and diagnostic procedures. My case was prioritized with additional help to get a temporary vehicle during the repair process. The repair was completed within the agreed upon date at the agreed upon price. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be easy and pain free.

I recently bought a used truck from John at Plaza CJDR. I had a good experience and would likely return in the future. I feel like we reached a fair deal for both sides. I appreciated the small-town, local feel of the dealership. John and I reached an agreement before I saw the truck. I was concerned that the dealer would try to mess with that agreement once I was there in person. They did not. Once I arrived, I test drove the truck, and the deal was straightforward and ready to go. I was in and out quickly. The only reason I didn’t rate a full 5-stars is that Plaza advertised one price online, but when I called to inquire, the price I was told they had on it (and what was pasted on the truck) was thousands higher than advertised online, which I feel is kind of misleading. It may lead some customers to believe they got a great deal when in fact, the higher price is not realistic and nobody is ever really going to pay that amount. That said, all in- good experience, would return.

This is the second car that I’ve ever bought in my life and I brought my father with me 100% disabled vet who owned a car lot back in the 70s and is very difficult to deal with! Lol. However, Chris and his finance manager went above and beyond to get me a price and interest rate that was low enough to where I could afford this beautiful Cadillac CT five! Best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership, looking forward to my next vehicle!
