Terrible experience, not trust worthy people, selling unsafe vehicles. Avoid at all costs. As the story goes for most dealerships they only care about making the sale and couldn’t care less about you or unsafe vehicles. Avoid at all costs. As the story goes for most dealerships they only care about making the sale and couldn’t care less about you or your safety or the safety or condition of the vehicle they’re selling you. Happy to lie to your face to get the deal done. Really disappointed. I would have bought the truck if they were honest about what I experienced during the test drives. I gave them the opportunity to fix the issues I pointed out after the first test drive, on the second test drive I experienced the exact same issues, obviously nothing was done and the sales guy even tried to sell me after market parts to fix the issues I was complaining about, but yet he said the truck was fine. Makes no sense. His manager didn’t even know anything about what was going on, or maybe was in on the lie. They should not be selling vehicles with mechanical problems and even worse to not admit to the problems. They do not care about you, its all a bout the sale… Unbelievable. Stay away. More

They were very professional and transparent about everything. The process in buying the truck was simple and they made written promises to repair certain items about the truck that were wrong with it everything. They continue to communicate with me about timelines and parts on order. Very dependable and respectful dealership and staff More

Dealer said they would handle it even though it’s an out of state sale. But GA where I live has no record of anything on the vehicle and my temporary tag expires in 5 days. I was told the only thing I needed to do was get a VIN identification by a police officer. This was a nightmare to get done but I got it done. Both the police officer and DMV were confused why I was told to do this as they said it wasn’t needed.I tried calling the dealer from DMV as they were willing to talk to the dealer but couldn’t get anyone to help. DMV told me to ask for another temporary tag. I was told I need to talk to finance then hung up on. Called back and then sent to Carters voicemail. Called again put on hold then sent to someone else’s voicemail. Hours later still no call back. Finance was really hard to get when purchasing the vehicle as well. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and never had issues like this from other dealers. More
