Dealer said they would handle it even though it’s an out of state sale. But GA where I live has no record of anything on the vehicle and my temporary tag expires in 5 days. I was told the only thing I needed to do was get a VIN identification by a police officer. This was a nightmare to get done but I got it done. Both the police officer and DMV were confused why I was told to do this as they said it wasn’t needed.I tried calling the dealer from DMV as they were willing to talk to the dealer but couldn’t get anyone to help. DMV told me to ask for another temporary tag. I was told I need to talk to finance then hung up on. Called back and then sent to Carters voicemail. Called again put on hold then sent to someone else’s voicemail. Hours later still no call back. Finance was really hard to get when purchasing the vehicle as well. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and never had issues like this from other dealers. More
