I had recently purchased a 2022 Ram 2500 from Lakeland - Awrlandscaping1999

I had recently purchased a 2022 Ram 2500 from Lakeland CJDR, what a mistake. I was seeking help to get away from it and began to feel I had no options. One morning I got a call from Will Virella at NPR CJDR and everything changed instantly. Will asked me about everything that has happened and what could he do to help. In the matter of an hour and a half of calling me, I was at his dealer looking at my new truck. I was welcomed with the most polite service and I couldn't have felt anymore comfortable. Something I have yet to experience @ dealerships prior to NPR. Once it was time for paperwork, Scott Poth took over and he was absolutely awesome. Scott took his valuable time to walk me through every detail, and took his time to ask me about my previous situations I was in. This gentleman really cares about the customer and that is huge in my eyes coming from a business owner. Scott and Will are 2 stand up gentleman and they have gained a forever customer. I will happily be back and send them anyone I can. Not having good luck at your dealer? Go see Will and Scott!

This is the second car that I’ve ever bought in my life and I brought my father with me 100% disabled vet who owned a car lot back in the 70s and is very difficult to deal with! Lol. However, Chris and his finance manager went above and beyond to get me a price and interest rate that was low enough to where I could afford this beautiful Cadillac CT five! Best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership, looking forward to my next vehicle!

Had some work to do on the pricing - but got it done but should not have been that hard - I don’t agree with the value of the same vehicle being priced higher vs a reduced rebate for a white one which is not sold - agree the price should be higher for the unit which was not white and it is captured on the window sticker - but the additional inability to negotiate equally because of a more popular color and inventory turns - I don’t agree with - sell it and take the cash as opposed to someone coming in and willing to pay more - over and above the paint premium
