From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make the process smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free. Our sales manager, John Hurley, along with Will V. from the sales team, treated us with genuine kindness and respect. They were patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured at any point. They made sure we had all the information we needed and took the time to answer every question we had. Scott Poth in finance was also fantastic. He carefully explained every document we needed to sign in clear detail so we fully understood everything. The entire team was extremely transparent and honest throughout the process, which we really appreciated. The dealership itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. While we waited, they even offered us drinks, which was a very thoughtful touch. They provided the vehicle history for the Tacoma, were upfront about all fees, and there were absolutely no surprises or hidden charges when it came time for the final paperwork. They also made sure we were able to take the truck for a proper test drive and handled all the necessary paperwork so we could drive it off the lot legally and with confidence the same day. What really stood out to us was how much they truly went to bat for us to get the best possible rate. It felt like they were genuinely looking out for our best interests rather than just trying to make a sale.
