I recently had a great experience working with Daisy, Tyler, and Sam at Rio Vista Chevrolet. This was my first time purchasing a truck from here and everything went perfectly. Very nice place, very clean, staff is very polite, professional and attentive. They were patient and went out of their way to help me find the right truck that fit our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with the purchase. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Everything was good with the salesperson and dealership but not with my purchase. I bought a 2025 Chevy trax with 11 miles on it. Within 2 weeks of purchase and only 700 miles on it my check engine light came on. Faulty fuel line. Service had my car for 2 days without giving me a loaner. They fixed it but I feel like I bought a lemon because it was brand new and already having issues

what could have been even better would have been a better plan on making the transition to the new owner on a date that did not happen with the last few days of the rebate on EV vehicles. you totally disappeared over the whole week end and then, as could be expected, have to unwind a lot of glitches in data, files, phones etc. not well thought out my friends. not sure if that was the buyer or seller but you made a large confidence error.
