We would have given the dealership a 5-star rating overall, but our experience with Erick Perez, the finance manager, regarding the extended warranty was disappointing. We were only presented with one warranty option (an 8-year plan) and were not given the opportunity to explore or compare other warranty choices. Overall, the sales experience with Marcia was excellent, but the limited flexibility during the finance process impacted our overall rating. More

When we eventually settled on 2 different trucks, Marcia literally said "Go home, talk about it and get back with me tomorrow!" No pressure to pick quickly, no manager coming out to try to seal the deal! I appreciated that more than anything, as I always hate/dread the "hard sell" pressure to buy immediately from car dealerships. We LOVE our beautiful new Silverado 2500 ZR2 "the Beast"!
