I was talked into purchasing my maintenance services ahead of time along with my loan and extended warranty. When I went for my first paid for maintenance, the sales tech tried to tell me I needed fuel ahead of time along with my loan and extended warranty. When I went for my first paid for maintenance, the sales tech tried to tell me I needed fuel and oil additive at $40. a pop and that if I don't do this it could affect my warranty. Which is absolutely not true. As a previous auto repair business owner, I know the sales tactics and I do not appreciate being lied to. Also, he acted like he threw in the car wash when that is also included in the service I was talked into purchasing. SMH get it together guys. More

The Future service department performed the four year maintenance check on my used BMW a few days prior to my purchase, which included changing the brake fluid. I wanted to review the service records to maintenance check on my used BMW a few days prior to my purchase, which included changing the brake fluid. I wanted to review the service records to be sure it was done correctly, so I called up service after the sale and spoke to Trevor. He was courteous and responsive to my questions and had emailed me the service records based on my VIN within five minutes. I was able to easily review the record and verify that Future had used brake fluid which met BMW specifications for my car. I appreciated the fast reply and that they had paid careful attention to fluid selection for the car. Thanks! More

They are always nice, caring, and supportive there at Future Chevrolet.
