I chatted with someone about making a deal and whoever it was was very confusing. it felt like multiple people were trying to work a deal with me. I had one offer at a good price and then the next day they was was very confusing. it felt like multiple people were trying to work a deal with me. I had one offer at a good price and then the next day they refused to honor it. They also try to sell you a bunch of extras that are unnecessary and way over-priced. Also tried to ask the finance guy a question after the sale and he refuses to take my calls or call back. More

Paperwork took too long. It almost seemed as if Sierra expected me to beg them to sell me the car. Too many excuses of “this person off” or “he didn’t do the paperwork.” F It almost seemed as if Sierra expected me to beg them to sell me the car. Too many excuses of “this person off” or “he didn’t do the paperwork.” For a big transaction as I was about to complete, it almost seemed as if I did not matter. The fact that Sierra swore I was getting a deal if a lifetime was xxxxxxxx. Il buy the exact same car elsewhere for 5-10k cheaper within the next two weeks . Not gonna be rushed or taken advantage of by grimey sales tactics. Salesman Elliot was great though. More
