Douglas was very attentive, fast replying to our urgent need for the working van. He presented the deal straightforwardly throughout the process. The commercial department manager Jack was very helpful and informative as well, in fact, the whole team was very courteous, friendly, yet effectively professional. The coordination with the finance department was also efficiently done and everything went smoothly. It was a great pleasure working with them. We were happy to have purchased a 5 year service warranty and we will be getting our new work van serviced in this our neighborhood Chevy for the entire life span of this van!
