This was my first time at the service department. Other service facilities (in Sacramento) members meet you at your vehicle. I waited in my vehicle for about 10 minutes, not knowing that I had to ex Other service facilities (in Sacramento) members meet you at your vehicle. I waited in my vehicle for about 10 minutes, not knowing that I had to exit the vehicle and go to the service office. The customer in front of me (in her vehicle) didn't know that as well. Very nice service members, but the unknown wasn't expected. Also, I didn't know that, there was no rotation on aftermarket wheels. I wasn't informed the work was not performed and didn't realize the work was not done until I arrived back in Sacramento and took a closer look at my final invoice More

The entire staff at Mazzei Chevrolet are very personable and provides excellent service. On this visit, the 100,000-mile services were performed on our 2015 GMC Acadia Denali. It is my opinion that an excellent service department like that at Mazzei Chevrolet sells more vehicles in the long run. You only deal with the sales staff when making your initial purchase, but you see the service department on a regular basis as you have your vehicle maintained over time.
