Lost my keys for 2 days. Didnt tell me. Was told a service agent would call us back. We showed up finally to get details and then they had to admit they had the car, just no Didnt tell me. Three phone calls later w AAA and talk to the literal tow truck driver to learn keys were handed directly to service desk. So much time wasted when they could’ve been honest or called us. Trust lost- in the market for a new car. Not here for service. Not here for buying after this. More

This is the 3rd time I've had service done and the check engine light came back on the next day. (The light went off when I started my car before I left there.) It requires another trip for me. I bought my vehicle at Drive Direct and regret it. I wish I would have went to Toyota direct from the start. I went to service my car and they didn't even check the windshield washer fluid that they should do it, or at least in the old dealer I went to they did it.
