The service was easy to schedule and was done quickly. I just feel like there are always a million other things that they tell me I need to take care of. I declined because it’s was all so expensive but I I just feel like there are always a million other things that they tell me I need to take care of. If there is a computer for Customers to sign in upon arrival will decrease confusion. Customers don’t know who is next when clerks calls for “next”. Excessive wait time for an oil change appointment. Far exceeded estimated wait time. Text message with video of service with optional services was neat, but they called after submitting my text answer Far exceeded estimated wait time. Text message with video of service with optional services was neat, but they called after submitting my text answer. This is a Toyota dealership, they have had to call me every time I have taken my vehicle in to ask where the wheel lock is, it is where they put it when I bought the car. Prior visits they have told me I need wheel alignment, this time it seems to have magically self corrected. Glad I didn’t pay for one (again). The first time I asked about the wait, I was told that I could go to my service writers desk and ask. Having my 4 year old, I didn’t want to walk across three bay lanes in the service area. There was a reason I pulled into the lane closest to the waiting area. I was then told I had to go to the desk that was literally the farthest into the service bay accross where others were pulling in their vehicles. The waiting area was clean and well kept. The desk in the wait area has a Toyota logo cut from some kind of metal with exposed razor sharp edges. My daughter cut her finger when she touched it (I was not letting my child run around unattended, she literally touched the edge while I was asking why an oil change with an appointment was going to exceed 2 hours). Magically, after my child was screaming and bleeding in the waiting area, my car was miraculously ready in about ten minutes. I have dealt with longer wait times and higher prices for the expertise of a dealership. However, it has become exceedingly unacceptable and this was my last visit to this dealership. The one upside is that they remembered to reset the cars computer this time so it is not telling me I need an oil change. They did put a sticker in my window to return in 5,000 miles (Toyota recommends my vehicle gets an oil change every 10,000 miles. More
