Asked for a tire rotation and to fill the tires with my oil change. They didn't rotate the tires or fill the air as the back driver side tire was showing low pressure when we brought it in. They could not complete the inspection or do the tire rotation because they could not find the wheel lock key. The next day I opened the glove compartment and it was sitting there in plain view.
