I have called and left 6 voicemail for Jonathan Smith (finance) since all of last week but none of my calls have been returned by Jonathan. This is very disrespectful. I experienced the same thing in 2016 when I bought my car from them. The only time I got a call back from Toyota direct was after I posted my reviews on different platforms online. After the 2016 incident I vowed never to do business with them again but this time my friend convinced me to work with a salesman (Rich) who won't let my previous experience happen again. I texted Rich on 10/22 asking "who I can talk to about canceling my vehicle service contract" but today is 10/26 and he still hasn't responded. The last time he contacted me was 10/21 because he needed some information from me to complete the sale. Every institution holds its staff to a certain standard but I believe this Toyota direct respects money more than people. Take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated like a human being. I have some few days to resolve this issue yet nobody in the finance department is willing to fix it since Jonathan Smith is the person I worked with. More

I promised my boys that if they earned their Eagle Scout Rank in Scouts by or before their 16th birthday, I would buy them a car. My youngest did, so I had to come through on my promise. Long story short, my son and I came halfway across the state to look at 2 cars, one was at Toyota Direct. Andrew Brownlow and my 16 yr old son had conversed for a week prior to meeting on Oct 17, 2020. Andrew was very busy, and it was nearing closing time on a Saturday, but still cordially took his time with my son and I on his first purchase. Andrew wasn't pushy, answered all of our questions, was patient with us in making this big purchase, and was very professional from start to finish. I can count all the great & honest Sales Associates I've ever dealt with on 4 fingers, ANDREW BROWNLOW IS ONE OF THOSE FOUR!! (And I've bought a lot of cars) My son Luke chose a 2011 Honda Accord as his first car (after he did a lot of his own research). Thank you Andrew for being the professional that I would expect you to be!! Can't remember the guy's name in finance, but he might have been the easiest and fastest finance guy I've EVER dealt with. Tired to buy a Camry for my father for Father’s Day, called the dealer and told the sales team what I wanted and they told me they had 2 options for me. I came in spoke with sales, and gave them a 1000$ called the dealer and told the sales team what I wanted and they told me they had 2 options for me. Few days go by and I tried to call to see where my cars at and they tell my car is still coming, after a week I call again and they tell me the same, than they stop picking up my calls. Finally I get ahold of my sales person and they tell me my car had sold and they are looking for another. I was very upset and told them I wanted my deposit back. If they were straight up and honest It would be one thing. But they tried to string me along thinking I would never find out my car was sold weeks earlier. Fast forward to now, I found a car for myself on Their lot, so I figure I’ll just go look at it as the description on Autotrader states “ready for sale today” so I drive down and they tell me the cars not yet available and they don’t have an Estamated delivery date. I’m not sure what’s going on with this dealer but they are extreamly unprofessional. More
I do all of my shopping for cars online and only contact a dealership if they have something I’m interested in buying. When I contacted Toyota Direct about a used car, Thomas Andrew Brownlow was the sales a a dealership if they have something I’m interested in buying. When I contacted Toyota Direct about a used car, Thomas Andrew Brownlow was the sales associate that responded. I sent quite a few questions via text and email and he answered every one in a timely manner. After getting some answers about the first car I was interested in, I decided that it wasn’t what I wanted. Andrew did not nag me with texts or emails. When I saw another (better) car a few days later, he was able to gather all the info I wanted, come up with an out-the-door price I felt was fair, and personally find time to be at the dealership to show me the car. He was honest with his info and explained everything thoroughly. As a woman, I have had sales associates at car dealerships ignore me to talk to my husband or talk down to me. Andrew was nothing like that and was great to deal with. More
Worst experience even just next day of delivery - Reached Toyota Direct as a Costco referred dealer. Bought a brand new Camry 2020. First we had issues with tax calculation, they were charging 500$ extra in tax. When we cross checked then corrected the price. Not sure if it was typo or intentional. Then before delivery, it had battery problem. Battery was replaced before delivery. Then after delivery, we found that Car mats/liner were missing which was part of car sticker/offer. Mats were promised to pick next day as it was already 08:00 PM. We couldn't get chance to check the car properly as battery replacement took lot of time & it was already 08:00 PM. While drivng back to home, found Power window buttons not working, reported to sales person next day in morning itself. He confirmed that he will check it when we will pick mats. After reaching dealer office, mats were provided but not even entertained for power window issue saying we didn't had any appointment. Next day, Tried Walk-in other Toyota service center near my home, they checked power window issue immediately at entrance itself & it was resolved in less than 5 mins. This is my first & worst experience with Toyota Direct & Toyota. Not sure how many more issues I may found in future with my brand new car due to unprofessional dealer. First impression is last impression. More

I would recommend not to go there. This toyota direct provides one of the worst service. I took my 2011 toyota corolla car for servicing on 09/08/2020 as my fan blower not working .The service team gave provides one of the worst service. I took my 2011 toyota corolla car for servicing on 09/08/2020 as my fan blower not working .The service team gave me a quote of $4300 which includes $2300(heater box replacement),$1300(9 hour of labour charge) with taxes .My car would not even worth 6k if i sell.since the service charges was huge , I declined to do the service but also had to pay them $132 of labour charge .I came back home very disappointed. I decided to take the car to another renowned service center in coulumbus .they identified the issue in mins .they found a piece of plastic bag got stuck in the fan and removed it .they called me to pick up the car with in half an hour and didn't charge even a single penny.. This shows the character. This shows why they are good raters than you guys because they don't treat customer like this. More
Toyota Direct services is the worst service I have ever seen. I have new 2018 Toyato RV and I had appointment for oil change. I get out my car and told Matt I have an appointment. he told me to give him the key and I told him I will be sitting out side. I sat there 3 hours and I come back and Asked him if the car is done, he did not know where my car was he dropped off and left somewhere. After three hours of waiting I took my car with out service and come back home. I will never go there again and I will tell my family and friends and anyone I meet not to go there. Honda and Nissan have the best services anyone can ask for it. More
